The Unnatural Forces Store is still in business and we are still the same cool peeps through and through. We have just opted to sell through Etsy for the obvious choice of convenience and ease of product maintenance. Thanks for enduring our growing pains.

Hey, I wanted to get (enter your desired product here) with (enter desired piece of art here) on it but it is not in your store. How can I get one?
If your favorite piece of art it is not there or you want it on a different product, Request it! We will try our best to make you that cool item with the art you desire. Eventually the images in our Gallery's will have direct links to the Etsy store page where you can buy the merchandise with that image. If you do not see that item for sale make a request for it. We'll gladly make almost any piece of art available to you if we can. Certain Commissioned art and particular pieces may not be available for sale due to prior contractual restrictions to that piece of art when it was commissioned/created.

Shipping:
Since the US Postal service has decided to alter our world and charge more for shipping, we are now forced to do the same. The shipping charges will be included with your purchase through Etsy. Fear not for we are keeping it very close to the cost so your item will be very affordable. That means that we are using USPS first class shipping. Your package may take a bit longer to get to you, however, it only costs pennies vs, big $$$ to ship priority. We are trying to help your purchasing dollar stretch as far as we can.

International Shipping:
Our international customers have been a welcome addition to the Unnatural Forces Store! We hope to continue providing our friends all around the globe with our Unnatural goods! We are providing international shipping with the same service that we use for domestic post as we are striving hard to keep your international post costs to the bare minimum. We are so grateful for your patience with the shipping as it can take 6 to 8 weeks for first class parcel to reach your international address.

Bulk Orders:
Please contact us by email if you wish to order multiple items. The Etsy store is geared to hold a single items and we replace those items as they are sold. Some items of jewelry, tins and pendants are rather unique and not so easily replicated for bulk orders. If you are wishing for larger orders please send us your request.

Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, tell us immediately! We will do everything possible to correct the issue to your satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, please return it to us for a replacement. In most cases we can replace those items, however in some cases the items are unique, and thus irreplaceable. In such a rare case you will be issued a full refund upon return of the damaged item.

Order Cancellations:
If a mistake has been made in your order, please email us immediately to notify us of the error. Unnatural Forces can only cancel orders if they have not yet been processed.

Packaging:
Posters 11"x 8.5" and smaller are likely to be shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope with the words, "Photographs Enclosed. Please do not bend!" printed on the envelope. Posters 17"x11" and larger will be shipped in a crush resistant cardboard tube. T-shirts will be mailed in a tough skin bubble mailer envelope. Jewelry will be mailed in a flat bubble envelope with a nice sturdy box to protect the goods inside. Please note that the packaging method depends upon the order and these guidelines are subject to change at any time.

Prints:
All prints are digitally signed by the artist. The prints are smooth pearl (semi-gloss) photo paper which are a lighter weight, perfect for wall decoration. If you desire a live signature please request it with your order and we will be flattered so much we will sign your poster for free.

T-Shirts:
Unnatural Forces now offers T-shirts! These silk screened beauties are printed on standard Cotton Blend T-Shirts. Due to the availability of shirts, some of the tees may vary in brand but all will remain comparable in quality and weight. Some of the pigment dye may vary slightly in the black shirts but that is just the nature of the beast. The best way to get shirts with the same pigment is to order them in quantity. It is no guarantee, just the best way to beat the odds.

Commissions:
The Lycan Knight's Karl A. Nordman and RavynEdge's Tiffany J. Tinsley are open to take commissions. Please be sure to view our respective galleries to determine which artist's style would best suit your taste. If you already know who you want to commission, let us know right away.
